IT Help and Services Support

Online and Email

The IT Service Desk and self-service resources are available 24/7 to assist the entire Northeastern community with troubleshooting, technical support, and IT questions. 

ONLINE SUPPORT and CHAT 
Open a ticket or start a support chat through the Tech Service Portal. Select the Chat button in the lower-right corner of any page. 

TICKET STATUS
Under My Tickets, view ticket status and communicate with the agent working on the issue. If calling the IT Service Desk for an update, provide the ticket number so that the specific case can be located quickly. 

MOBILE APP
IT support, services, and more are on the Now Mobile app (powered by ServiceNow). For convenient, on-the-go help through the app, review How do I install and set up the Now Mobile app?.
